The room was huge and unique with Nespresso coffee machine and great snacks, as example. The location of this hotel in the heart of Roermond was fantastic and stunning.

During my business trip to Roermond, I had the opportunity to stay at Het Arresthuis, a unique hotel chosen by our director. One of the highlights of my stay was the fitness centre, which is situated on the 3rd floor in the former prisoners' gym. This unique setting added a touch of history and intrigue to my workout sessions. The well-maintained equipment and spacious layout provided a comfortable and motivating environment for exercise.

The sink in the bathroom wasn't working perfectly, requiring me to manually open the stop for water to flow.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the deluxe queen room, plus a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini bar fridge.

Amazingly nice staff, marvellous and fantastic location adjacent to the shops and the centre of Roermond which has plenty of shops and the magnificent shopping outlet. Nearby Proeflokaal de Graaf - great place to chill out. High quality food choices for breakfast: D

Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The Director Suite at Het Arresthuis is a total game-changer! The room service is available 24/7, which is perfect for late-night cravings. The bed is so comfortable, it's like sleeping on a cloud. And I can't forget about the pillow menu - it's like being able to choose the perfect cuddle buddy!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the air conditioning in the room. But hey, that's just me - others might enjoy it!

The hotel was fantastic, the staff warm and welcoming and the quality of the food outstanding. I was away for a full week in the Netherlands on a business trip staying in a different hotel each night and the Het Arresthuis was by far the best. I enjoyed it so much I am considering bringing my partner for the weekend to Roermond so we can stay and enjoy the hotel socially.

The restaurant was excellent for dinner, we ordered excellent dishes. The location was amazing, a short way from old town Also, the area was very pleasant.

I chose Het Arresthuis because I wanted to visit the National Indiemonument, and the hotel's location was perfect. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the parking available at Het Arresthuis. This made it incredibly convenient for travellers arriving by car. I loved the international gourmet cuisine at the restaurant of Het Arresthuis. The chef put together a delicious breakfast menu especially for guests, which was a delightful start to the day.

Hospitality. Sadly the level of service and hospitality leaves much to be desired.

The place is nicely designed and modern and has PERFECT location close to the shops.

Spacious and squeaky clean room with jaw-dropping decor. Convenient parking onsite. Delicious breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of recommendations for nearby dinner options. Conveniently located in the heart of the old city with shops, restaurants, and parks within walking distance.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is beautifully designed with architectural public spaces and great guest rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I look forward to returning.

Very attractive and quirky design hotel. Staff outstanding and the hotel being new was very clean and unworn.

Poor (no) in room information about facilities. No room service (despite being advertised). No ipod dock, despite being advertised. No information on the wellness facilities or fitness facilities (despite being advertised). No room in the restaurant even though I was a hotel guest. Could have dined out but rather defeated the purpose of the visit. Staff did find us a place in the bar which was kind but not as anticipated. Room overlooked on two sides by smoking area and terrace, thankfully it rained! A breath taking backdrop but an imperfect room. Although I am going to say I would not recommend this hotel I would maybe in another room.

The new Director Suite at Het Arresthuis is absolutely amazing! It felt like a luxurious home away from home. The room service was available all day, and the bed was so comfortable with premium bedding. The pillow menu was a nice touch too. Plus, the air conditioning kept the room cool and cozy. As a bike rider, I really appreciated having such a comfortable and relaxing space to come back to after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the air conditioning. But hey, that's just my opinion.
